- Full LEGAL Name - No Nicknames – this information must match your passport – Middle names are not required. (For example, if your name is Robert, but you go by Bob, your legal name is Robert).
Date of Birth of all passengers.
Citizenship of All Passengers
Dietary Needs (bland, vegetarian, low sugar, salt-free, etc.)
Special Physical needs (wheelchair, blind, deaf, pregnant, etc.) .
One Document Delivery Email Address – all cruise documents and cruise correspondence, will be delivered via email to the address of the cabin contact person.
Credit Card Information (number, name as it appears on card, etc.)
